Return Window You may return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and sent back with proof of purchase.
Return Conditions
Return shipping costs are not covered unless the item was incorrect or defective.
Shipping fees, gift wrap, and handling charges are non-refundable.
Items returned after an exchange do not qualify for a second refund.
Final sale items, gifts from special offers, and personalized pieces cannot be returned.
Defective or Incorrect Items If we made a mistake — wrong item, defect, or missing product — we’ll make it right. Email us at support@animisticspirit.com and we’ll cover the return cost.
Refund Process Once we receive and inspect the return, you’ll get a confirmation email. Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method within 7 days. Please note: shipping costs from the original order are not refundable.

Exchanges We only replace items that are damaged or defective. If you’d like the same item exchanged, email us before returning it.
Gift Orders If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, we’ll refund the original purchaser.
Returns Without Label You may choose your own shipping method. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. Animistic is not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.
